We are thrilled to welcome you to the 2025 Boys and Girls Club of the Coastside fundraising gala, on Friday, November 21, 2025, at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay. Here are the key details to help you prepare for this memorable evening:
Attire: Elegant. Bright colors. Black Tie optional. See our "What to Wear" page for some ideas.
Parking: Complimentary valet is provided. While the valet team is ready to accommodate the large turnout, please allow for a brief wait.

Registration & Reception begins at 6 PM.
• During the reception, enjoy:
- Buying raffle tickets
- Participating in our Wine Pull
- Shopping our online auction or getting bidding assistance
- Group photos with Shanti
- Champagne, wine and sparkling water are included. A no-host bar will also be available, though it does not contribute to BGCC fundraising.
The program and dinner will begin at 7 PM.
After dinner, get ready for an exciting Live Auction! A preview of the live auction items will be available in advance —check it out, plan your bids, and get ready for a spirited evening!

Our online auction is open to all and can be shared with friends and family, please help us spread the word!
